Dress sharp

Have your booth staff dress in the same style and color of professional clothing. Match your style of dress to the theme of your trade show display.

Remember, it’s a show!

Like any good stage show, each person in the cast should have lines. Every team member should be responsible for some of the dialogue. This will split responsibilities so each person can be the expert on some aspect of your display.

Track your time

Figure out how much time you will need to set up and give yourself a buffer to reduce anxiety and make room for mishaps. Don’t start packing up until the show is over and make sure your staff knows to stay until everything is back in boxes. Don’t be quick to dismiss alternatives as well.

Keep your exhibit looking sharp

Keep your exhibit area as clean and uncluttered as possible by hiding all boxes and set-up materials. Don’t eat or drink anything but water in or around your display.
