- Choose a package, based on the date you’re booking, member vs. non-member status, and the size of the booth space.
- Select any additional items, such as meeting hub space.
- Submit payment.
ISSA uses tiered pricing based on booking date. For the best rates, book during the early bird period, which typically runs through the end of March. After the early bird deadline, higher list rates apply. For 2026, expect member rates to be approximately $5-10 lower per square foot than non-member rates, with pricing varying based on booth size.
Additional options include Meeting Hubs (private meeting rooms available in 10×10 or 10×20 sizes), corner or peninsula booth premiums, and enhanced exhibitor listing packages.
